Assign Employment Contract Type to Multiple Employees

This application is used to massively register and assign employment contracts to managers and/or employees, and to register, modify and search for them.
Go to: Human Resources → Register Transactions and Calculations of Remuneration → Assign Employment Contract Type to Multiple Employees.

The initial screen shows the following sections:
  1. Assign Employment Contract to Multiple Employees: Changes of contract type are made to the employees.
  2. Search Employment Contract Assigned: Allows you to search for managers and/or employees and the type of employment contracts already registered.
  3. Employment Contract Assigned: Displays the work contracts of the managers and/or employees already registered; also, the result of the searches performed.

Search Employment Contract Assigned


To perform the search of the employment contracts of Managers and/or Employees perform the following steps:
Go to: Human Resources → Register Transactions and Calculations of Remuneration → Assign Employment Contract Type to Multiple Employees.
In the Search Employment Contract Assigned section, enter the information corresponding to the manager and/or employee you are searching for, in the following fields:

Field
Description
Employee Name
Legally registered names of managers and employees.
Department
Please indicate the department in which the manager and/or employee works.
Display
Select the payroll period by clicking on the check box:
  1. Active: Active employees
  2. Inactive: Non-active employees
  3. All: All employees
Contract Type
Choose the type of contract you are looking for or leave display value for All.
Year and Month
Indicate the pay period of the remuneration you are looking for.
  1. Year: Enter 4 digits, example: 2018
  2. Month: Enter 2 digits, example: 01

Click on the Search button.
In the Employment Contract Assigned section the search result will be displayed. 

You can choose one or several fields; the filters used in the search will depend on the fields used.

Register Employment Contract to Multiple Employees


In this section you can massively modify the type of contract for a department or all of them. The type of contract to be applied is entered, and can be modified before being saved in the same section; the following steps are performed:
Go to: Human Resources → Register Transactions and Calculations of Remuneration → Assign Employment Contract Type to Multiple Employees.
Choose a Department (or click All instead of Select) then press the Save button.
Enter the information in the following fields:

Field
Description
Contract Type
Indicate the type of contract being added.
Date From
Enter the effective date of the contract dd/mm/yyyy. Or select the date from the calendar.

Indicate to which employees the selected contract type is assigned by clicking:
  1. All check box: All registered employees are selected. 
          or
  1. Select employees: click on the check box of the employee whose employment contract is to be modified.
You can change the contract type for a specific employee.
Click on the Save button.
Confirm saving the transaction by clicking the OK button.
The transactions will be displayed in the Employment Contract Assigned section.
