Catalog and Potential Costs

The following report shows the catalog of recipes, the products they contain, and the potential costs registered.
It can be viewed on the screen, printed, saved to PDF or sent to Excel.
To access the report, follow these steps:
Go to: POS F&B and Retail (Food & Beverages)  Cost of Recipe → Catalog and Potential Costs
Choose the filters that apply.

Report
Description (Report/Field)
Type of Formula
Select the type of formula you wish to consult.
Group of Formula
Define which formula group you will consult.
Show Cost
Choose from:
  1. With Costs: The current costs of the recipe will be displayed.
  2. Without Costs: Only the ingredients of the recipe will be displayed.
Active
Determine which types of recipes will be displayed:
  1. All: All entered recipes will be displayed.
  2. Only Active: Only active recipes will be displayed.
  3. Only Inactive: Only inactive recipes will be displayed.

Click on the Show button.
