CFDI Invoicing Process Version 3.3

This application allows issuing two types of CFDI:
Folio Invoicing: from Front Office and Point of Sales with Credit payment method.
Manual Invoices: with any form of payment such as Cash (PUE) and Credit (PPD).
The initial screen shows the following sections:
Search Registered and/or Issued Receivable Documents you can search for invoices already issued, by entering the information in the fields indicated in the section.
Documents Issued: Displays the invoices that are pending payment (Printed or Register Status). The information displayed can be sorted by Customer or #Document column. Actual.



Folio Invoicing


The process to be followed for Folio Invoicing is:
Enter Administration → Accounts Receivable → Register and Issue of Sales Invoice
In the section Search Registered and/or Issued Receivable Documents
Enter the name of the customer you wish to invoice in the Select Customer field. Customers are previously registered in the Customer Catalog.
Press the Search button.
In the Register and Issue of Receivable Documents section, enter the following fields:

Document Type
Displays the types of CFDI that can be issued, choose accordingly.
Date
Displays the current date, it can be modified according to the month that is open in the module, up to 72 hrs.
Payment Method
Press the check box to select Credit (PPD) or Cash (PUE).
Detail
Click on the Folios check box.
Type of CFDI Use
Select by clicking on the list of uses.
Observation
You can enter any comments regarding the invoice.
Click the Add button.
From the Document Folios section, click on the check box of the folios to be invoiced (you can select one or several). It shows all the folios that are pending to be invoiced for the selected client. As you select the folios, the total will be displayed in the Total Selected field.
If the invoice amount is correct, press the Print CFDI button.
Tip: You can search by a date range in the Folios to Include window, the Dates from - Dates to fields will be entered, then press the Search button.
The payment method is taken from the Payment Method field registered in the Customer Catalog.
Customers in foreign currency whose address is outside of Mexico, the amount with letters is in English for graphic representation.
At the moment of clicking and generating the CFDI for SAT purposes it is in force.

Manual Invoicing


To perform the manual invoicing procedure, follow the steps below:
Go to: Administration → Accounts Receivable → Register and Issue of Sales Invoice
In the Search Registered and/or Issued Receivable Documents section, enter the name of the customer you wish to invoice in the Select Customer field. Customers are previously registered in the Customer Catalog.
Press the Search button.
In the Register and Issue of Receivable Documents section, enter the following fields:

Payment Method
Press the check box to select Credit (PPD) or Cash (PUE).

Click on the Folios check box.

Select by clicking on the list of uses.
Press the Add button.
In the Document Item section enter the following fields:

Description
Enter the concept of the item to be invoiced, i.e., the detail to be invoiced.
Product or Service
Assign Product or Service Key according to the SAT catalog.
Unit
Define Unit of Measurement according to the SAT catalog.
Subtotal
Enter the amount if the document is an invoice with tax and the taxes will be automatically displayed.
IVA
Displays the amount of tax as parameterized (Mexico 11% or 16%, Chile 19%).
Sub Total Exempt
Enter the amount that has no tax (Chile export and exempt invoices).
Press the Add button.
If the invoice amount is correct press the Generate CFD button.
