Change Room

Change Room

To enter, go to: Front Office → Reception → Change Room

When the screen opens, you will see the following:

 In the Search window, you can indicate parameters to find the desired room, these can be:

        Room
        Last Name
        First
        Agency
        Group

In case you know the room number you can indicate it and when you press the Search button you will access directly to that room, otherwise all the rooms that meet the search parameters will be shown.
   
      You can also select the room from the list of registered rooms by selecting the Pencil Icon.
      When you select the room, four windows will be displayed:

        The first window will display the selected room (the one you are going to modify).
        The second window is where you should indicate a reason for the room change. The room number will appear when you have selected the new room in the next window.
        The third window is where you can choose the room to which you will make the change. Once selected click on the Select button.
        Return to the second window (Change of Room) and click on the Realized the Room Change button.
