If you have not yet Hired a Siteminder Channel Manager
You must first fill out the application for the Channel Manager product at the following link:
www.siteminder.com/channel-manager/ indicating that you will require the connection between Siteminder and the Novohit PMS. They must ensure that they are doing so for all the hotels they wish to activate.
In the message area it is important that they notify that they will need to connect to the Novohit PMS.
Once the form is completed, a Siteminder sales representative will contact you to conclude the service contracting process and at the same time you will contact Novohit through a dedicated internal channel and provide the initialization data and interface access credentials.
