Copy Seasons

This option allows you to copy Seasons (Rate Plans) between agencies and companies that have the same type of rate, facilitating the capture,

speeding up rate allocation and efficiently controlling rates by segments. To copy seasons, go to the following application:

Front Office - Sales - Copy Seasons

The following screen will appear where you will be able to see four sections, which you must select in the order indicated:

Step 1: Agency of Source: Select from the drop-down list the originating agency or company that contains the season (Rate Plan) from which you will copy.

Step 2: Click on the Select button.

Step 3: Agency of Destination: You must choose from the drop down list the destination agency or company to which you want to place the same rate as in the previous step.

Step 4: Click on the Select button.

Step 5: Seasons (Source): This section will display the seasons (Rate Plans) contained in the origin agency selected in step (1), select the season(s) to copy to copy.

Step 6: Click on the Copy button.

Step 7: Seasons (Destination): will display the seasons (Rate Plans) contained in the destination agency selected in step (2). It will show the seasons (rates) that it has or have been copied in the previous step.

This procedure is used to copy the same Seasons (Rate Plans) between one agency and another, these seasons can also be edited as indicated in the

Seasons section. You can also copy Seasons by Segments, which speeds up the copying of Rate Plans from one Agency to all those belonging to a segment.
