einv.novohit.com is a self-service web platform oriented to the final public for viewing and downloading electronic receipts, complying with the requirements of the SII.

The electronic receipts are generated in the Novohit servers of origin of each company, either on-premises or cloud and are automatically backed up every 8 minutes to einv.novohit.com.

The self-service platform for searching and downloading Electronic Boletas is responsive, i.e., it can be accessed from any mobile device, tablet or desktop.

When printing an Electronic Boleta, a link is generated with a unique URL that points to the einv.novohit.com platform. This link allows the direct download of the Electronic Ballot by the customer. The link is located in the footer of the Electronic Boleta:

It is recommended that each issuing company place a link on its Web page pointing to einv.novohit.com/sii/RUT-emitting-company/ to facilitate the user's access to the Electronic Ballot search.

The search for Electronic Receipts (39) or Exempt Electronic Receipts (41) can be done by different parameters: Issuer RUT, Type of Document, Folio Number, Date of Issue and Total Amount.
