Analytics

The Analytics platform is only available to customers with the HotelRSV Reservation engine.
You can track Website and HotelRSV Reservation Engine behavior at analytics.novohit.com (https://analytics.novohit.com/). Please request your username and password to access the platform at help.novohit.com
The Analytics platform is only available for clients with the HotelRSV Booking engine. In the Analytics platform you will be able to analyze your guests' behaviors between the website and the HotelRSV booking engine, including Ecommerce, Acquisition, Behavior, Goals and Tags metrics associated with any campaign (e.g. mail, newsletter, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, etc).
From Novohit, you can access in the menu Front Office → Sales → Operation Statistics → Analytics.
From HotelRSV, you can access in the menu Sales → Analytics.



Additionally you can use Google Analytics in parallel on your site which does not interfere with Novohit Analytics.
Just remember that Google Analytics will not be associated to the booking engine, only to the page.
