Expired Reservation

Expired Reservation

To change the status of a reserved room to expired or re-activate it, the following steps are performed:
  1. Go to Front Office → Reservations → Room Reservation
  2. In the Reservation Selection section search for the active reservation to expire or expired to reactivate.
  3. Press the triangle with the exclamation mark located in the Requested Rooms section in the Exp column:
    1. If it is yellow, the room is active and can be expired.
    2. If it is red, the room is expired and can be reactivated.
This functionality is only available if the room in question has a future arrival.
