To re-invoice in a single invoice, two or more invoices from previous days in the Front, perform the following action.
1. In the Reprint of Invoice application cancel the invoices to be re-invoiced:
Go to: Front Office → Reception Cashier → Reprint of Invoice
In the Filter by window enter the invoice date to cancel in the Invoice date field.
In the Issued Accounts window click on the Pencil icon of the invoice to cancel.
In the Invoice breakdown window click on the Non-Fiscal Document button.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 for each invoice to be cancelled.
2. In the Accounts Receivable module perform the manual invoicing of the invoices to be merged.
Verify if the customer to be invoiced is in the Customers Catalog, if it is not registered, the customer must be registered in the Customers Catalog of the Accounts Receivable module; a link is attached with information about this Customers Catalog.
Go to: Administration → Accounts Receivable → Register and Issue of Sales Invoice
Enter the information of the invoices to be joined; a link with information about manual invoice entry is attached Manual Invoicing.
Issue the CFDi by clicking on the Generate CFDI button.
It is remembered that when you have Novohit® complete, all the ERP it is recommended not to make for this case the accounting registration in order not to duplicate the income that was already registered in the automatic policies of the Front in the respective days of the cancelled invoices.
