Financial Statements Reports

In this application the Financial Statements of the company are generated, it is necessary that the accounting entries are updated.
The Income Statement is configured according to the company's information needs.
The reports can be viewed on screen, saved in PDF or sent to Excel.
To generate the reports, perform the following steps:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → General Accounting → Financial Statements Reports.
Select the report you wish to issue by clicking on the name.
Indicate the corresponding filters.
Click on the Show button.

Financial Statements of Companies without Business Units

Companies that do not have business units can generate the following reports:

Description (Report/Fields)
General Balance
It shows the situation of the company at a given time, in the form of a report. The parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
  3. Presentation:
    1. Normal: shows the information to general ledger accounts.
    2. Detail: shows the accounts that make up the G/L accounts.
    3. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be shown at the bottom of the last page.
General Balance -Chart of Accounts
It shows the situation of the company at a given time, in the form of an account. The parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
  3. Presentation:
    1. Normal: shows the information to general ledger accounts.
    2. Detail: shows the accounts that make up the G/L accounts.
    3. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be shown at the bottom of the last page.
Income Statement Previous Year and Var.
It shows the company's results for a given period, comparing the variations with the previous year. The parameters used are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
  3. Presentation:
    1. Normal: shows the information to G/L accounts.
    2. Detail: shows the accounts that make up the G/L accounts.
    3. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be shown at the bottom of the last page.
Income Statement - Departmental 
Displays the company's results by department during a given period. The parameters used to filter information are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
  3. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be displayed at the bottom of the last page.
Annual General Balance by Months
It shows the company's situation at the end of each month of the year selected. The parameters used to filter information are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be displayed at the bottom of the last page.

Annual Income Statement by Months
Displays the company's result for each month of the year selected. The parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be displayed at the bottom of the last page.

Financial Statements of Companies with Business Units

Companies that have business units (several establishments in the same or different cities) can generate the following reports:

General Balance

Income Statement - Cost Center - Previous Year and Var.
It shows the company's results for a given period, comparing the variations of a specific business unit or all of them with the previous year. The parameters are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
  3. Presentation: Normal: shows the information to G/L accounts.
    1. Detail: shows the accounts that make up the G/L accounts.
    2. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be shown at the bottom of the last page.
    3. Business Unit: select the business unit to be consulted.
Income Statement of Individual Cost Center
It shows the company's result by department during a given period for a specific business unit or for all of them. The parameters are:
  1. Year and Month: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
  3. Business Unit: select the business unit you wish to consult.
  4. EEFF Signature: select if you want the signature fields to be displayed at the bottom of the last page.
Annual General Balance by Months
It shows the company's situation at the end of each month of the year selected. The parameters are:

  2. EEFF Signature: select whether to display the signature fields at the bottom of the last page.
Annual Income Statement by Months by Cost Center (All)
Displays by business unit the company's result for each month of the year selected. The parameters are:

Annual Income Statement by Months by Cost Center
It shows the result of the departmental company for each month of the year selected for the specific business unit or all of them. The parameters are:
  1. Year: enter year and month in YYYYMM format.
  2. Presentation:
    1. Normal: shows the information to general ledger accounts.
    2. Detail: shows the accounts that make up the G/L accounts.
    3. Business Unit: select the business unit to be consulted.
    4. Currency Type: select the currency in which the report will be issued.
