Fiscal Reports Chile

This application generates reports according to the guidelines issued by the tax authorities.
These reports can be viewed on screen, saved in PDF, printed or sent to Excel or CVS (TXT),
To generate the reports the following actions are performed:
  1. Go to: Administration (Back Office) → General Accounting → Fiscal Reports
  2. Select the report to be issued by clicking on the name of the report.
  3. Select the appropriate filters.
  4. Click on the Show button.
The Chilean Tax Reports that can be generated are listed below:

Report
Description (Report/Field)
8 Columns Tax Balance of the Month
Shows the company's situation for a given period; the parameters used to filter the information
are:
    1. Year and Month: Enter year and month (YYYYYMM).
    2. Year End Account: Enter the accounting account only if the last month of the
    3. fiscal year is consulted.
    4. Show Auxiliary Acc: Choose whether or not to show the auxiliary accounts in the report.
    1. Report Type: Select from:
      1. Summary: Displays totals of the information.
      2. Detail: Shows the accounts.

Sales Ledger - Graphic Representation
Displays the list of sales invoices issued for a period; the parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Date From: Enter the start date (dd/mm/yyyy) or choose from the calendar.
  2. Date To: Enter the end date (dd/mm/yyyy) or choose from the calendar.
  3. Show Header: Choose from:
    1. For Verification: The report issues on non-folioed sheets.
    2. Official Ledger: The report is issued in foliated sheets/ Final.
Sales Ledger Rep. DTE Verification Issued by
Area
Displays the list of electronic sales invoices issued for a period; the parameters used to filter the information are:
    1. Date From: Enter the start date (dd/mm/yyyy) or choose from calendar.
    2. Date To: Enter the end date (dd/mm/yyyy) or choose from the calendar.
    3. Show Header: Choose from:
      1. For Verification: The report issues on non-foldered sheets.
      2. Official Book: The report issues in foliated sheets/ Final.
    4. Filter Areas: Choose from:
      1. All: Displays all tax documents from all modules.
      2. Front: Displays the tax documents issued from Front/Hotel.
      3. Points of Sales: Displays the tax documents issued from all points of sales Restaurant, Bar, Stores, Events, etc.
      4. Accounts Receivable: Displays tax documents issued from accounts receivable.

Purchasing Ledger - Graphic Representation
Displays the list of purchase invoices for a period; the parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Date From: Enter the start date (dd/mm/yyyy) or choose from calendar.
  2. Date To: Enter the end date (dd/mm/yyyy) or choose from the calendar.
  3. Year and Month: Enter year and month (YYYYYMM).
  4. Show Header: Choose between:
    1. For Verification: The report issues in non-foliated sheets.
    2. Official Ledger: The report is issued in foliated sheets/ Definitive.
  5. If issued:
    1. Date [From-To] must leave the Year and Month field empty.
    2. Period [Year and Month] must leave the From-To Date fields empty.

Withholding Ledger
Displays the list of fee invoices for a period; the parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Year and Month: Enter year and month (YYYYYMM).
  2. Show Header: Choose between:
    1. For Verification: The report issues in non foliated sheets.
    2. Official Ledger: The report is issued in foliated sheets/ Definitive.
Sheet Book For Foliar
Foliated sheets are printed for the book; the parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Folio Quantity to Print: Enter the number of sheets to be foliated.
  2. Folio Initial: Enter the number of the initial folio.
8 Columns Tax Balance AccumulatedDisplays the company's situation at a given period; the parameters used to filter the information are:
    1. Year and Month: Enter year and month (YYYYYMM).
    2. Year End Account: Enter the accounting account only if the last month of the fiscal year is consulted.
    3. Show Auxiliary Acc: Choose whether or not to show the auxiliary accounts in the report.
    4. Report Type: Select from:
      1. Summary: Displays totals of the information.
      2. Detail: Shows the accounts.



Generate Sales and Purchase Ledger Electronic Format


The monthly file of electronic tax documents is issued and sent to the Sii on a monthly basis. Below are the steps to generate the file:
Log in to: Administration → General Accounting → Fiscal Reports → Generate Sales Ledger and Purchase Electronic Format
In the section Generate Monthly File of Invoices enter the information corresponding to the following fields:

Choose the report to be generated by clicking on the inbox:
  1. Sales Ledger
  2. Purchase Ledger
Month to Generate
Enter the Month (mm)
Year to GenerateEnter the year (yyyy)

Click on the Generate File button.

   
In the section Files of Invoices Already Generated, click on the link Download XML file, to open or save the file that will be sent through the SII page.
    If you wish to generate a file again, you must first delete the current file by clicking on the "x" of the file in the Files of Invoices Already Generated section.

DTE Control Generated and Sent to SII


In this application you can consult all the DTE (Electronic Tax Document) that have been generated so far according to the search filters you select.
  1. All the DTE generated for the hotel company will be shown. In case of having branches, it shows where the application is executed, and it will be shown in the data in which it was generated.
  2. The information displayed includes the status of the DTE sent to the SII, indicating the identification number (trackid) given by the SII for each shipment. This verification number can be used to locate the status of the shipment in the SII portal.
  3. The system automatically sends to the SII every night at 23:45 hrs. the DTE generated during the day, therefore until that time the DTE of the day will appear as not sent. All the DTEs of the day are sent in a single batch and therefore all of them have the same SII assigned number.
In order to generate, go to: Administration → General Accounting → Fiscal Reports → Control of DTE Generated and Sent to SII.
You can perform the search by filtering in the following fields in the Search of Electronic Document section.

Date "From" for invoice search. By default, the current day is displayed.

Date "To" for invoice search.

The results of your search can be verified in the Electronic Documents Issued section.
  1. After the DTEs are sent to the SII, an automatic process is generated that asks the SII for the status of the DTEs sent and confirms if they were received correctly or not, this response information from the SII is also included in this application.
  2. In case that for any reason the DTEs could not be sent to the SII, e.g., some internet connection problem at the time they are sent, the application has buttons:
    1. To be able to "Send" the selected DTEs to the SII, the possibility to select a DTE for sending only appears if the DTE has not yet been sent.
    2. To "Verify" the status in the SII of the DTEs that have been selected, again in this case the application only allows to select to verify the DTEs that do not appear with status of correctly received in the SII.
  3. The "Files" column contains links to the PDF and XML files of each document and with this option you can download those files if required by clicking on the file you require.
** When generating the report to Excel it is generated under the .xls option.  If you require the file size to be smaller, you should use the "Binary Excel Worksheet" format, which allows you to keep the characteristics of the Excel file, with approximately 10% of the size that is generated under the .xls option.

Once generated, proceed to "Save As" by choosing the .xlsb option as indicated in the image below.
