This report shows the information of each guest entered in the system.
It can be issued for room and stay reservations.
Go to: Front Office → Reception → Reports → Guest History
You will find different filters to generate the information:
- Date From: you must indicate the date you wish to consult.
- Date To: you must indicate the date up to when you wish to consult the history
- Last Name: indicate the guest's last name or leave blank.
- Agency: select the agency or company of interest.
- Nationality: select the guest's nationality or leave blank.
- Guest Type: indicate the type of guest to be consulted.
- Guest Category: indicate the category of attention you wish to view in the report.
- Presentation: EXTRACT=One line per guest. SUMMARY=Summary of the guest's data and stay. DETAIL=With address and stay information.
- Historic Data Source: You can filter by Reservations, by event records or all guests entered in the system.
- Reservations Only: name of guests that you enter in "Guest" when taking a reservation.
- Registered Guest Only: guest name you enter in "Guest" when checking in a room.
- Events Only: Guest name you enter in the "Client" field of Spaces Management.
- Principals or Companions: a multi-selector has been enabled where you can issue a report for All Guests of the filtered date, by Cardholder or Companion within the reservation or check-in.
- Format: Indicate if the report will be issued as NORMAL [PDF] or without format for EXPORT [Excel].
