Guest Survey Results

Guest Survey Results

The results of surveys by client is a report that you can issue once the guest generated a response to the survey sent.
To generate this report and verify the guest's answers you should go to:
Surveys → Guest Servey Results
You will find a window with the following filters to generate the report:

Field
Description
Client Registration
You must indicate the registration number to be consulted.
This number can be found at the bottom left of the guest statement.
Email
Guest E-mail.
Holder Name
Guest name.
Holder Last Name
Guest Last Name.
PDF/ Excel
Format in which the report will be generated.
Show
Button to generate report.
In this report you will find the guest's responses based on the survey sent to you.

Field
Description
Guest Data
Name, origin, telephone, contact, E-mail, room you stayed in, and period of stay
Questionnaire
Questions answered according to your settings in Define Multiple Choice Questions.
Evaluation
Questions answered according to their configuration in Define Areas to be Evaluated.
Guest Comment Summary
General comments from the guest.
