Hotel Contact Information

In HotelRSV, the user can input contact information to appear on the hotels website. When the customer clicks on the booking engine and attempts to schedule a reservation for a certain date but that date is unavailable, the customer can click on Hotel Contact Information to see the contact information of the hotel.

Go to: Configuration > General > Contacts of the Hotel

You will see two sections:

Set Contacts: Register the information to appear on the Saved Contacts section.

Saved Contacts: Listed all the contacts of the hotel registered.


 Register Contact 


 

In the Set Contacts section, the following fields must be registered:

 

Field

Description

Contact (*):

The contacts name.

Position (*):

The contacts position.

Phone (*):

The phone number to reach the contact.

e-Mail (*):

The e-Mail of the contact

 

Click Save to register the information in the Saved Contacts section.

Log in to the hotels website to see the addition of the contact information of the hotel.  See the Explanatory Video below.

 Delete Contact


 

To delete a contact record registered in Saved Contacts, you must click on the Sel icon and the information to be deleted will appear in the Set Contacts section.

Click Delete to eliminate the contact record.

 

 Modify Contact 


 

To modify a record previously registered, click the Sel icon in Saved Contacts and the record information will appear in the Set Contacts section. Modify any of the required fields and then click on the Save button.
