1. Cancel reservation at hotelRSV  (Room Reservations).
   
2. Optional: Send an email to the guest (Room Reservations).
3. Synchronize with Novohit (only if you have Novohit) - (Send Room Reservations from hotelRSV to Novohit).

Reservations must be cancelled at the latest on the day of check-in (No Show) before the night audit.
