In the upper section of the screen, the user can search for registrations using the following filters:
Room: Allows searching registrations by a specific room number.
Guest (Last Name / Name): Allows locating registrations by guest last name and/or first name.
Agency: Filters registrations by the agency or channel associated with the stay.
Group: Allows filtering registrations that belong to a specific group or displaying all groups.
After entering the desired criteria, click the Search button to display the results.
In the lower section, the system displays the Select Room panel, which lists the registrations that match the selected search criteria. This table shows the active registrations in the hotel and includes the following columns:
Sel: Pencil icon used to select the registration for modification.
Hab.: Assigned room number.
Print: Allows printing the guest registration form.
Guest: Full name of the registered guest.
Agency: Agency or booking channel associated with the registration.
Arrival: Check-in date of the guest.
Departure: Check-out date of the guest.
Plan: Rate plan applied to the registration.
Category: Guest category.
Group: Indicates whether the registration belongs to a group and displays the group name when applicable.
From this list, the user can select a registration to access and modify its information.

If, when accessing a register, the system displays a message indicating that another user is already working on it, do not continue with the process. Ignoring this warning may generate duplicate records, room blocks, and inventory discrepancies that will require intervention from technical support.
Also remember to always exit the process using the “Exit” or “Abandon” buttons. Closing the window or switching menus directly does not release the lock on the register.
