    1. After the company goes live with Novohit®, the monthly agreement includes 24x7 system maintenance support and uninterrupted consulting for both administrative and operational areas.
  3. New versions at no additional cost:
    1. Our alliance allows our customers, through the SBA agreement, to always have the latest version of Novohit® at no additional cost, maintaining the value of the investment in a single permanently updated version. It is important to note that computer systems manufacturers generally charge for upgrading to new versions and for new user, with Novohit you can operate with unlimited users and with the latest version of the system thanks to the SBA agreement or the SaaS Scheme.

What guarantee do I have that the commitments will be fulfilled?

The guarantee for you is complete: our Licensing, Support and SBA schemes are our commitment, considering also that the investment in Novohit is guaranteed in the first year, the investment made in Novohit generates the benefits of cost savings by systematization of processes already from the second year.
