In order for Siteminder to identify the Booking Channel (e.g. OTAs) with Novohit's PMS Partner Company, Agencies, an Alphanumeric code is assigned by Siteminder (see the Siteminder Booking Agent Code Table in the following link: https://siteminder.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PMSXCHANGEV2/pages/2050607/Booking+Agent+Code+Table).
This is how Siteminder and the PMS exchange information correctly.
Go to: Front Office > Sales > OTA Agency Codes for Siteminder
On the OTA Agency Codes for Siteminder application you'll see three sections:
- Register OTA Agencies - Input the new OTA agency to the table.
- Search OTA Agencies - To search for an OTA agency.
- OTA Agencies Registered - All the registered OTA agencies by name and code.
Register OTA Agencies
In case you make an agreement with any OTA agency that is not included in the OTA Agencies Registered table, check the name of the OTA agency and code with Siteminder Support and register the information in the Register OTA Agencies section. Then, click on the Add button.
Field | Description |
Code | Enter the code Siteminder assigned to the OTA agency. |
Name | Enter the name of the booking agency. |
Enable | Click to see the OTA agency in the OTA agency table. |
Search OTA Agencies
To search the OTA Agencies Registered table, input the name of the OTA agency in question in the Seach OTA Agencies section. Then, click the Search button.
Field | Description |
Name | Enter the name of the booking agency. |
Status | You can choose between the following statuses:
- Enabled: It will display the OTA agencies that are active.
- Inactive: Displays the OTA agencies that are deactivated.
- All: List all the OTA agencies either enable or inactive.

Modify OTA Agencies
To modify an agency either locate the agency in the OTA Agencies Registered section or search for the OTA agency in the Search OTA Agencies section. Then, in the OTA Agencies Registered section click on the Edit button in the Sel column. Then, in the Register OTA Agencies section modify the information in question. Last, click on the Save button to save the modification.
