In order to post the calls (send the call from the scheduler to the guest's account), it is necessary to be at the computer where the Tartel® Scheduler is installed; in remote cases a Team Viewer session can be used (Id and Password of the computer where you are located are required).
Perform the following steps:
1.- Enter the Tartel® Tarificador by double clicking on the TARTEL® icon and the main screen will be displayed.
2.- To Access the module. Go to
Utilities → Host Interface 3.- Click on the Front-end Interface Support Module section and click on the Call Forwarding tab.
4.- Select calls that are pending to be posted, to be sent to post by clicking on the box that precedes the record and type a "P".
5.- To send all the calls that appear on that page, you can click on the letter "P" in the window. This action can be done for the other pages.
6.-Click on the
Process button and the system will send the pending records, before doing so Tartel® will ask you to confirm your choice indicating that the process will take a few minutes and that it cannot be interrupted.
