Receipts Issued

If you wish to issue a report with the receipts issued by the Points of Sale of your hotel you should go to: POS F&B and Retail (Food & Beverages) → Point of Sale → Receipts Issued
A new section will open, and, on the screen, you will find the search fields under Define parameter Values for Report

Field
Description
Point of Sale:
Select the Point of Sale to issue the Report.
Shift:
Select the shift you wish to consult.
Cashier:
Select the name of the Point of Sale user you wish to consult.
Date From:
Indicate the starting date of payments or leave blank for payments from the current day.
Time From:
Indicate the start time or leave it blank.
Date To:
Indicate the end date of payments or leave blank for payments up to the current day.
Time To:
Indicate the end time or leave it blank.
Account Status:
Select the status of the accounts or leave it blank for all.
Account Type:
Select the type of account to print.
PDF /Excel:
Document format in which you want to generate the report.
Show
Report searches according to the selected data.


Report



The report will be generated according to the search format with the following data:
  1. Account status: in case of not performing the search filter by account status all the statuses created in the selected POS will appear.
  2. Account: Account and receipt number entered by cashier.
  3. Invoice: Invoice number in case it is invoiced in the POS application.
  4. #Covered: Number of Covered Items.
  5. Created: User who created the account.
  6. Subtotal: Subtotal of the account per products charged.
  7. Date: Date the account was created.
  8. Discount: Discount applied to the account products.
  9. Time: Time of account creation.
  10. Shift: shift in which the account was issued.
  11. Tax: VAT charged to the products of the account.
  12. Paid: Cashier who received payment of the bill.
  13. Room Service: if it was room service.
  14. Date: Date of payment of the bill issued.
  15. Service: if additional service charge.
  16. Time: Time when the bill was paid.
  17. Shift: Shift when bill was paid.
  18. Tipping: Tipping charged to the bill.
  19. Type: Status of the bill.
  20. Total: Total charged to the account.
  21. Payment: Method of payment of the bill.
  22. Magnifying glass: Selecting it will take us to a new report "Products sold".
Once the fields have been entered and according to the format in which the report was requested, the report will be issued with the information in real time.
