In this module you will be able to manage the charge processes in the guest accounts during their stay in the hotel, to enter the module, go to Front Office → Reception Cashier

Among the activities you will be able to do are:
Application Name
Observations
Group Management
It allows you to manage groups, create, rename, group and ungroup rooms, assign and change the master room.
Folios of Various
It allows to create Folios of Various for the management of accounts that are not associated to any room, you can make charges, manual, automatic and invoice it as any other account.
Account Management
Allows you to perform all management, administration and invoicing activities for guest and group accounts.

Cancellation of Invoices
Allows to cancel Invoices to reactivate accounts.
Foreign Exchange
It allows to manage currency exchange rates for both rate management and foreign currency management and foreign exchange.
Invoice Information
Allows you to update and add new records to the customer database.
Reprint of Invoices
Permit reprinting invoices
Change of Shift
Allows to manage the change of shifts.
Reports
Displays a series of area operation reports.
