Recommended Novohit Compatible Browsers

Recommended Novohit Compatible Browsers

Info
This list is frequently updated.
Novohit is generally compatible with any Modern browser on any device and operating system. Some specialized Novohit Apps such as POSv4 use newer Web technologies which, in general, are more compatible on Chromium-powered browsers, the most popular Chromium-powered browser is Google Chrome, but there are others.
Notes
Although we have historically recommended Mozilla Firefox (with Gecko engine), this browser has lagged behind in the implementation of recent and stable Web technologies, which is not in our scope. However, since the versions after Firefox 110 ESR, all Novohit applications work correctly in Firefox, even POSv4, so we have included Firefox ESR again among our recommendations.
We understand that our customers may be concerned about their privacy and prefer not to use Google Chrome, so they can use the latest stable version of any of these free and secure OpenSource browsers based on engine Chromium and compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux.
