Register Bank Account Statement

This application allows you to register, modify, delete and search for operations of the imported bank statement, for this you must perform the following steps:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → Banking → Bank Reconciliations → Register Bank Account Statement
The main screen of the application shows the following sections:
Search Operations of the Bank Account Statement: searches are performed for the operations registered and imported, according to the search filters.
Operation Registered in the Bank Statement: shows the operations imported and registered manually. It can be filtered by Bank, #Account, Operation, Date, Amount and/or Reconciled columns.


Search Bank Statement Operations


In the initial screen of the Register Bank Account Statement application, Search Operations of the Bank Account Statement section, you can search for bank statement operations according to the information entered in the following fields:
Field
Description
Account
Select the bank account to be searched for operations. 
Operation
Select the type of operation you wish to search for, e.g., checks, deposits, etc. If you do not select any, by default it will show all operations for the selected account.
Filter by
Click on the status of banking operations:
  1. Unreconciled: operations pending reconciliation.
  2. Reconcile: reconciled banking operations.
  3. All: all banking operations.
Date
Enter the day/month/year of the operation in which it was registered or select the date directly from the calendar.
# Document
Bank operation number.
Year
Register year (YYYYY).
Month
Register month (MM).
Press the Search button.


In the Operation Registered in the Bank Statement section, the transactions recorded will be displayed or the message "No records" will appear.

Register Bank Statement Operations


Go to Administration (Back Office) → Banking → Bank Reconciliation → Register Bank Account Statement
In the Operation Registered in the Bank Statement, click on the Insert icon.
Enter the information in the following fields in the Register Account Statement Operation section:
Field
Description
# Account *
Select the bank account from the list to which the operations will be registered.
Operation *
Select the type of operation to be registered from those shown in the box, for example: checks, deposits, etc.
Date *
Indicate day/month/year of the operation to be registered.
# Document *
Register the operation number to be recorded.
Amount *
Enter the amount of the operation to be registered.
Bank Branch
Enter the bank branch that corresponds to the operation being registered.
Description
Enter the beneficiary of the operation.
Concept
Enter the concept of the operation.
 Press the Add button.
 * Mandatory fields.
 

Modify Bank Statement Operations


Go to Administration (Back Office) → Banking → Bank Reconciliations → Register Bank Account Statement
Search for the operation to be edited in the Search Operations of the Bank Account Statement.
In the Operation Registered in the Bank Statement, click on the Edit icon of the operation to be modified.
Modify the appropriate fields in the Register Account Statement Operation section of the Bank Statement.
Press the Save or Ignore button to cancel the changes made.
 

Eliminate Bank Statement Operations 


Go to Administration (Back Office) → Banking → Bank Reconciliations → Register Bank Account Statement
Search for the operation to be deleted in the Search Operations of the Bank Account Statement section.
In the Operation Registered in the Bank Statement section, click on the Edit icon of the operation to be deleted.
Press the Delete button in the Register Account Statement Operation section, or the Ignore button to return to the initial screen of the application without deleting the operation.
