Register Cost Formula

Register Cost Formula

This application allows you to register, modify and search for recipes.

Prerequisites

All the products included in a recipe must belong to the same warehouse where the recipe is registered.
It is suggested to keep the operation up to date in order for the recipe cost to work optimal.

Introduction

The order of the algorithm to find the warehouse from which to realize the reduction of inventory of a recipe:
1. The Warehouse associated with the POS Areas, if not found, then → 2 The Warehouse associated with the Point of Sale, if not found, then → 3 The Warehouse associated with the product in the Recipe.
Before performing the reduction, the system checks if the product selected exists in the warehouse according to the criteria mentioned above, if it does not exist, it creates it and reduces inventory (resulting in negative existence).
Before making the reduction, the system checks if the month is open. If the month is closed and there is a restriction to work in closed months, the system will not reduce the sale. The restriction depends on the inv_no_months_after_actual parameter which, if set to 1, the system will allow working with 1 month after the current month. Therefore, it is highly recommended to bring the operation up to date.
