Once the document has been located and accessed, the following sections will be displayed on screen:Add Transactions on Document:
Allows registering a new transaction (payment, check, credit note, debit note, among others) applied specifically to the selected document.Document Transactions:
Displays the history of transactions previously registered for the document, allowing consultation and, if not yet updated, modification or deletion.To add a new transaction in the Add Transactions on Document section, the following fields must be completed:

Date It will show the current date, however it can be changed (it allows to capture within the open period any day, but that the accounting entry of that Accounts Receivable day is not generated). Amount Indicates the amount of the transaction to be entered. Comments Comments related to the transaction being entered.Press the Save Trans. button.
The sections Register Accounting Entries for the Transaction and Accounting Entry of the Transaction of A/R will be displayed, where the posting of the transactions is performed.The Document Transactions: XXX sections will be displayed where the transactions are posted.Once the transaction has been completed and reviewed, press the Update button.
