Register - Modify Invoice Transactions

This application allows you to register different transactions (checks, credit notes, debit notes, etc.) on an invoice in the Accounts Receivable module.
In Novohit the transactions are reflected in the account statement until the transactions has the Updated status, once updated the transactions cannot be modified or deleted.
The initial screen shows the following sections:
Search Transactions on Documents: the search for transactions on invoices already issued is performed by entering the information in the fields of the window.
Documents Issued for General Transactions: displays the invoices already issued and registered.
In this application you can register, search and cancel transactions on invoices.

Register Transaction on Invoices


To enter or register a transaction on an invoice, perform the following steps:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → Accounts Receivable → Register-Modify Invoice Transactions.
In the section Documents Issued for General Transactions, select the invoice to which you want to perform transactions, clicking on the invoice number in the # Internal column, the current day's invoices will be automatically displayed.
You can also search in the section Search Transactions on Documents by entering the information in the following fields:
Field
Description
Select Customer
Select a specific customer (by typing or selecting the customer's name) or all of them.
Issue Date
Search period From (start date) To (end date).
# Internal Document
Specific invoice number to be searched.
Show Paid
Define whether or not to show paid invoices.
Document Type
Select the type of document you wish to search for.
Press the Search button.
After selecting the invoice, the following fields are entered in the Add Transactions on Document ### section:

Docum. Type
Select the type of document by clicking on the inbox.
No.
Number of the document you are entering.
Date
It will show the current date, however it can be changed (it allows to capture within the open period any day, but that the policy of that Accounts Receivable day is not generated).
Amount
Indicates the amount of the transaction to be entered.
Comments
Comments related to the transaction being entered. 
Press the Save Trans. button.
The Document Transactions: XXX sections will be displayed where the transactions are posted.
Once the transaction has been completed and reviewed, press the Update button.

Modify Transaction on Invoices


To modify a transaction on invoices, follow the steps below:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → Accounts Receivable → Register-Modify Invoice Transactions.
You can select the invoice to which you want to make the transactions by clicking on the invoice number in the # Internal column of the Documents Issued for General Transactions section where the current day's invoices are automatically displayed.
You can also search in the Search Transactions on Documents section by entering the information in the following fields:

Select Customer
Select a specific customer or all of them.
Issue Date
Search period From - To.
# Internal document
Specific invoice number you wish to search for.
Show Paid
Define whether or not to show paid invoices.
Document Type
Select the type of document you wish to search for.
Press the Search button.
After selecting the invoice, in the Add Transactions on Documents ## section you can modify the following fields:

Reverse Transaction on Invoices


Novohit does not allow you to delete any transactions on invoices, but you can cancel transactions on invoices by performing the following steps:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → Accounts Receivable → Register-Modify Invoice Transactions.
In the Documents Issued for General Transactions section, click on the invoice number in the # Internal column of the invoice you wish to reverse.
Select the transaction to void by clicking on the transaction in the Item column in the Add Transactions on Document ### section.
Press the Reverse Trans. button.
