New: Only the header of the adjustment is captured, no details are recorded.Register: The setup is at register level, it can be printed, modified or deleted.Authorized: It is a previous step to update the adjustment. It allows the modification of the information.Updated: The adjustment information cannot be modified because the product has been affected.
To register an adjustment, you must follow the steps below:In the Register Inventory Adjustment section, enter the appropriate information from the following fields:
Field Description # Adjustment Doc. * Enter the document number that covers the adjustment. This is an alphanumeric field with 20 digits. Adjustment Date Day of the adjustment in dd/mm/yyyy format or click on the calendar. Adjustment Type Select the type of adjustment you wish to make. Comment Capture information regarding the adjustment.Press the Add button.
Register the detail of the adjustment in the section Register Inventory Adjustment Detail No. XXX by entering the corresponding information from the following fields:
Field Description Type * Select the type of inventory to which the product to which you want to make the adjustment belongs Product * Enter the name of the product to which you want to make the adjustment. Adjustment Type Select the appropriate type of adjustment. Quantity Enter the amount to make the adjustment. Price Enter the cost of the selected product. Accounting Account Indicate the accounting account to which this adjustment will affect.Press the Add button.In the Inventory Adjustment Detail No. XXX section, the products with the adjustments already entered are displayed.* Mandatory fields.
You can print the adjustments as follows:When you have the Register Status:In the Adjustment to the Inventory section, click on the Edit icon of the adjustment you want to print in the Sel column.Press the Print button.Press the Ignore button to return to the initial screen of the application.
From the Adjustment to the Inventory section:Press the Print button in the Adjustment to the Inventory section.The Inventory Adjustment Report window will be displayed. In the Define parameters values for report section, select the Type of Adjustment you want to print.Press the Show button.In the Inventory Adjustment Report window, press the Return button, this will return you to the initial Register Inventory Adjustments screen.Example:
After the adjustment has been reviewed, the adjustment can be modified by following the steps indicated. It is important to mention that the authorization process must be completed before the update process can be performed.The authorization can be done individually (a single adjustment) or by groups (several or all adjustments at once).To authorize the settings, follow the steps below:Press the Authorize button in the Adjustment to the Inventory section.The Inventory Adjustment Report window will be displayed. In the Adjustment to the Inventories section, select the adjustments to be authorized by clicking on the check box in the Sel. column or click on the "Select All" check box.Confirm the approval of the adjustments by pressing the Authorize button.In the Inventory Adjustments Report window, press the Return button, this will take you back to the initial Adjustment to the Inventory screen.In the Inventory Adjustment Report window, displays the Search of Documents section where you can search for the adjustments to authorize.To perform the search, you can fill in one, several or all of the following fields:

To perform this action, it is necessary that the adjustments have the status of Authorized to proceed with the update. Once the adjustment has been updated, it cannot be modified.
