This application allows users to enter, modify, delete, print, authorize, and search warehouse requisitions for different warehouses or inventory locations.
Products/items must be previously registered in the Inventory Catalog, and suppliers must be registered in the corresponding Supplier Catalog.
Access this module through: Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses
The initial screen displays the following sections:
Search Requisitions Registered: Allows searching for previously registered warehouse requisitions.
Warehouse Requisitions: Displays the registered requisitions, allowing them to be filtered by Cost Center, Request Date, State, and # Requisition.
Additionally, bulk actions can be performed using the following buttons: Print, Authorize, Update, Authorizations Pending, and [Pending – Insufficient Stock].
Requisition Status
New: Only the header of the requisition or merchandise dispatch is registered, no details are registered.
Register: The requisition is at register level, it can be printed, modified or deleted.
Authorized: It is a previous step to update the requisition. It allows the modification of the information.
Updated: The information of the requisition cannot be modified because the affectation was made to the product in kardex.
Supplied: The requisition has been assigned to a warehouse outgoing transaction.
Search Inventory Requisitions
To search for an inventory requisition already entered, the following steps are performed:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
In the Search Requisitions Registered section, enter the corresponding information in the following fields regarding the requisition you are looking for:

Press the Search button.
Register of Requisitions Inventory
To register a inventory requisition, the following steps are performed:
Go to: Administration (Back Office) → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouse.
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click on the Insert icon located on the bottom toolbar.
In the Register Warehouse Requisitions section, the header of the merchandise requisition is captured. Enter the corresponding information from the following fields:

Press the Add button.
Enter the details of the requisition in the section Register Warehouse Requisition Detail No. XXX by typing the corresponding information from
the following fields:

| The amount of goods requested in the requisition.

Press the Add button.
The Requisition Detail No. XXX section shows the products already entered.

Modify Merchandise Requisitions
The header and/or details of a warehouse requisition can be modified if its status is Registered.
To modify the different sections of a requisition, go to: Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
Below are the steps to follow depending on the element of the requisition to be modified.
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click the Edit icon of the requisition you wish to modify in the Sel column.
Modify the corresponding field in the Register Requisitions to Warehouses section.
Click the Save button.
Details
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click the Edit icon of the requisition you wish to modify in the Sel column.
In the Warehouse Requisition Details No. XXX section, click the Edit icon of the product you wish to modify in the Sel column.
Modify the corresponding field in the Register Requisition Details No. XXX section.
Click the Save button.
Delete Merchandise Requisitions
A warehouse requisition can only be deleted if it has the status Registered. To do so, follow these steps:
Delete Warehouse Requisition
Go to:Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click the Edit icon of the requisition you wish to delete in the Sel column.
Click the Delete button in the Register Requisitions to Warehouses section.
Delete Details
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click the Edit icon of the requisition from which you wish to delete one or more detail lines in the Sel column.
In the Warehouse Requisition Details No. X section, click the Edit icon of the product you wish to remove in the Sel column.
Click the Delete button in the Register Requisition Details No. X section.
Print Merchandise Requisitions
Warehouse requisitions can be printed using two alternatives:
Printing from Register Requisitions to Warehouses
Go to:Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click the Edit icon of the requisition you wish to print in the Sel column.
Click the Print button.
Click the Ignore button to return to the main application screen.
Printing from Warehouse Requisitions
Go to:Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
Click the Print button in the Warehouse Requisitions section.
The Requisitions window will be displayed. In the Define Report Parameter Values section, select the specific Cost Center you wish to print, or leave it as All.
Click the Show button.
In the Requisitions section, click the Back button to return to the main Register Requisitions to Warehouses screen.
Authorize Requisitions of Inventory
After reviewing the requisition or merchandise request, proceed with the authorization. Once the requisition has the status Authorized, it can no longer be modified. The authorization process must be fully completed before the requisition can be updated.
Authorization can be performed individually (a single requisition) or in bulk (multiple or all requisitions at once).
To authorize requisitions, follow these steps:
Go to:
Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
Click the Authorize button in the Warehouse Requisitions section.
The Requisitions window will be displayed. Select the requisitions to be authorized by checking the box in the Sel column, or click the Select All checkbox.
Confirm the authorization by clicking the Authorize button.
In the Requisitions section, click the Back button to return to the main Register Requisitions to Warehouses screen.
Search Requisitions Pending Authorization
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, click the Pending Authorizations button. This will redirect you to the Requisitions panel, where you can search for requisitions that require authorization.
To perform the search, complete one, several, or all of the following fields in the Search of Documents Pending Authorization section:

Date | Enter the document date (day/month/year) or click the calendar icon. |
Status | Select the requisition status you wish to search for. |
Number Order | Enter the requisition number assigned at registration. |
Click the Search button.
In the Requisitions Pending Authorization section, the system will display the corresponding requisitions or the message "No Records Found".
By clicking the User icon, the Authorization – # Doc XXXX window will be displayed, showing the roles that are pending authorization for the selected requisition.
Click the Back button in the Requisitions window to return to the main Register Requisitions to Warehouses screen.
Update Merchandise Requisitions
To proceed with the update, requisitions must have the status Authorized. Once a requisition has been updated, it can no longer be modified. After updating, the requisition can be used to generate a warehouse outgoing transaction.
The update can be performed individually (a single requisition) or in bulk (multiple or all requisitions at once).
To update requisitions, follow these steps:
Go to:
Administration → Inventory Management → Register Requisitions to Warehouses.
Click the Update button in the Warehouse Requisitions section.
In the Requisitions window, the Search Requisitions to Update section displays the filters that can be applied to identify the requisitions to be updated.
To perform the search, complete one, several, or all of the following fields:

| Select the cost center or department to be requisitioned.

| Enter the day/month/year of the document. You can also click on the calendar.

| Select the status of the requisition you wish to search for.

Number Requisition | Number of the requisition with which it was registered.

Click on the Search button.
In the Select Requisitions to Update section, the system will display the requisitions found or the message "No Records Found".
To update the requisitions, check the box in the Sel column, or click the Select All checkbox.
Confirm the update by clicking the Update button.
In the Requisitions window, click the Back button to return to the main Register Requisitions to Warehouses screen.
Requisitions Pending Due to Insufficient Stock
In the Warehouse Requisitions section, the Pending Insufficient Stock button displays the products from requisitions that have not yet been supplied due to lack of stock. From this section, Purchase Orders can be generated.
When clicking this button, the Requisitions window will display the following sections:
Search Requisitions Pending Due to Insufficient Stock: Allows searching for previously registered requisitions.
Requisitions Pending Due to Insufficient Stock: Displays the products from requisitions that have not been supplied, showing the results of the search.
To search for requisitions or products without available stock, follow these steps:
To perform a search, complete one, several, or all of the following fields:

Click the Search button.
In the Requisitions Pending Due to Insufficient Stock section, the system will display the requisitions or products found, or the message "No Records Found".
Click the Back button in the Requisitions window to return to the main Register Requisitions to Warehouses screen.
To generate purchase orders, follow these steps:
In the Requisitions Pending Due to Insufficient Stock section:
Click the Update button.
Once updated, the Purchase Order will be generated, and the product will be removed from the Requisitions Pending Due to Insufficient Stock list.
In the Register and Print Purchase Orders application, purchase orders can be searched by Supplier or Date.
The purchase order header information is taken from the requisition, including Requested By, Cost Center, and Comments.
The purchase order can be modified to adjust the requested quantities or to add additional products.
