To check in without a reservation you must perform the following steps:
You must go to Front Office → Reception → Register Guest or Group
In the "Check in without Reservation" section select the number of nights of the stay and then click continue.
In the "Rate Selection" section select the "Agency" and "Rate Type" search for rate and then go to the "Room Selection" section and select the "Accept" button.
Pre-assign the room and get to the check in screen.
The important fields to record a check in are:
- Guest Information (You can search in the history or create a new one).
- Number of People
- Source
With these three points completed, reception saves the registration and the check in is done.
To then enter the data into the system that the client informed manually in the registration form, the receptionist must go to: Front Office → Reception → Modify Registration: From this menu you can enter and/or modify the data entered in the check in and save the changes.
To print the Registration Card with the complete guest information, go to: Front Office → Reception → Modify Registration.
In the "Print" field you can print the "Registration Card" (before entering the room with the pencil icon) or from Front Office → Reception → Reports → Print Registration Card.
