Reservations Terms and Conditions HotelRSV

Notes
It is recommended that instead of putting the text of the conditions, you only indicate the link to your web page with all the universal conditions.
Example: All booking conditions can be found at:  www.mihotel.com/condiciones
To modify the reservation conditions, you must select: Configurations → General → Reservation Conditions
On the screen you will see three sections:
Search Reservation Conditions in this section you can search by language or by the group to which the searched condition belongs.
Define Reservation Conditions in this section you can define the conditions you require and has the following parameters:

Field
Description
Language
Select the language in which the reservation condition will be written.
Group
Type the group to which the condition belongs.
Conditions
Write the conditions that must appear in the reservation.
Alert
HotelRSV will give priority to Translations (see below) over this text.
Idea
If you submit a translation, the translation will be shown.
Warning
If you do not provide any translation, the text will be shown in this description.
Order
Indicates the order in which they will be displayed in the Booking Conditions section.
Add
Button to save the changes made.
Ignore
Undoes any changes leaving the record as it was originally.
