Reservations with HotelRSV

All reservations that are generated in HotelRSV will be downloaded to Novohit and will be automatically entered into the reservation module. To view these reservations, you must enter Novohit in the reservation module.
Go to Front Office → Reservations → Room Reservation The list of reservations will be displayed, the right column labeled Remote RSV will contain the remote reservations (that were made in HotelRSV).


This reservation contains two reservation confirmation codes, first the one made by HotelRSV that you can see in the right column and the one confirmed by Novohit that you can see in the second column on the left.

For Novohit the two codes correspond to the same reservation, and you can search with any of them or with any other data of the reservation.

If for some reason the reservations do not download to Novohit, which can happen due to communication failures (internet), equipment maintenance, etc. You can manually synchronize the missing reservations by going to hotelrsv.com.
Go to Front Office → Reservations → Room Reservation, the list of reservations will be displayed and in the right column you can select the reservation(s) you wish to synchronize and then click on the Send Reservation button, this will download the selected reservation(s) to Novohit.
