To make a consult in total availability, go to:
Front Office → Reservations → Room Availability
The application will display two sections:

| Select from the drop-down list the type of room to consult, you can consult all or only one. |
Agency
| You can search for availability by Agency or Company, select from the drop-down list the Agency or Company to be consulted. |
Date From
| You can perform a search at any date in the future, select the start date of the search. |
Date To
| Select the end date of the search. |
Status
| Select an option from the drop-down list: Select a Type or All. Depending on the hotel settings the situation can be Floors, Towers, Sections. |
Show Button
| Click on the Show button to perform the search. |
You should always click the Search button after modifying any parameter. When performing this search, the system gives us updated information on available rooms, as well as the status of rooms according to the date and search parameters: Occupied, Out of Service and Quote.
Occupied: By clicking on the field, you will be able to access the information of all the rooms that are occupied, obtaining the reservation data of the guests according to the selected date.
Out of Service: Clicking on the field will display the information: Room number, Reason and Period, of the rooms that are Out of Service.
Quote: By clicking on the field, you will be able to access the information of all the rooms that are in quote, obtaining the reservation information of the guests according to the selected date.
The second section Verification of Room Availability will display the results of the parameterized search through a table or grid:

| It will show the query for each date indicated in the previous section. |
Total
| Shows the total number of rooms available or occupied or out of service, according to the query. |
The second to last line will show the total number of rooms according to the parameterized search (occupied, available, out of service).
The last line will show the percentage of availability it represents according to the search criteria (occupied, available, out of service).
The lower part indicates that when the total of the room type is between 75% and 89% it will be highlighted in yellow and when it is higher than 90% it will be highlighted in red. This criterion will work the same in both occupied and available room search, so it will be important to observe how the query is being made so that the interpretation is done correctly.
