This window will only show availability in HotelRSV based on the bookings captured in HotelRSV so far but will not check Novohit availability.

Availability with Novohit is dynamically calculated from the website booking engine each time the search button is pressed on the book button in the end user application. More details at https://help.novohit.com/agent/novohit/support-soporte/knowledge-base/page

If you want to visualize the availability of the whole hotel, you should check it from Novohit.

In this option you will be able to visualize the availability of rooms for rent as indicated in the Room Inventory.

-Show only occupied rooms.
-Show only available rooms.
-Show only out of service rooms.
-Combine the search with room types.
-Search for agency or company.
-Define a date range for the search.

    -The first line shows all the dates included in the defined date range.
    -The following lines will show results by room type and there will be as many lines as room types the hotel has, the information shown will be the total number of              rooms according to the defined parameter (occupied, available or out of service rooms).
    -The second to last line will show the total number of rooms according to the parameterized search (occupied, available, out of service).
    -The last line will show the percentage it represents according to the search criteria (occupied, available, out of service).
