Room Availability in All Properties

To consult the total availability of all properties, go to: 
Front Office → Reservations → Room Availability in All Properties
The application will display two sections:
  1. Search Availability of Rooms: allows you to filter availability according to the available parameters.
  2. Rooms: will show the rooms depending on the query available, occupied or out of service.

Check Availability

Select the following fields to perform the availability query:

Select an option from the drop-down list:
  1. Available
  2. Occupied
  3. Out of Service
  4. Quote
Property
Choose from the drop-down list the Property to be consulted:
  1. Select Value: Default data, shows all company properties.
  2. Name of configured properties: Select the property you require.
Date From
You can perform a search at any date in the future, select the start date of the search.
Date To
Select the end date of the search.
Press the Show button.
You must press the Show button after modifying any parameter.

The result of the search will be displayed in the Rooms section:



The information of the grid of the Rooms section are:

Field
Description
Room
Displays the room types.
Inv
Total, amount of inventory for each type of room.
Dates (M,T,W,T,F,S,S)
Displays dates per day of the query made in the previous section.
Total
Shows the total number of rooms available, occupied or out of service, according to the query.
Property
Displays the percentage of rooms available, occupied or out of service, according to the query for each day.
Overall Property Group Occupancy 
Displays the total number of rooms available, occupied or out of service, according to the query for all properties.
Total Property Group Percentage
Displays the percentage of rooms available, occupied or out of service, according to the query for each day for all properties.
The lower part indicates that when the total of the room type is between 26% and 50% it will be highlighted in green, in yellow between 51% and 75%, and in red greater than or equal to 76%. This criterion will work the same in both occupied and available room searches, so it will be important to observe the way the query is being made so that the interpretation is done correctly.
