Room Count
Room count is an online query of the hotel status at the time of the query (date and time)
Go to: Front Office → Reception → Room Count.
The Room Count query will be displayed:
Fields | Description |
Room Type | This column shows all room types. |
Occupied | Indicates the number of occupied rooms by room type. |
Confirmed Arrivals | Indicates the number of rooms that will arrive during the day (the date consulted) and that are confirmed. |
Unconfirmed Arrivals | It indicates the number of rooms that will arrive during the day (date of the consultation) and have no guarantee of payment. |
Expected Departure | Displays the number of rooms that have a departure for the current date (the date consulted). |
Forecast | Displays the estimated total number of rooms that will close on the current day (this estimate includes all reservations, check-ins and check-outs for the day). |
% Occupancy | Shows the estimated occupancy percentage for the day's closing. |
| Out of Service | Indicates the number of rooms that are temporarily out of service and not available for sale or occupancy. |
Rooms Total | Will show the total of rooms per column |
Adults | Indicates the estimated number of adults who will stay overnight on the current day. |
Children Paying | Indicates the estimated number of paying children who will be departing or staying overnight on the current day. |
Children Free of Charge | Indicates the estimated number of Free Kids that will be departing or staying overnight on the current day. |
Total Guests | Indicates the estimated total number of people (adults and children) who will be going out or staying overnight on the current day. |
It's recommended to view this app a few times per day to have in mind the actual status and possible close day values.
