The rooming list is always associated to a reservation.

When one of the rooms of a reservation enters the hotel, the reservation can no longer be modified and for this reason neither the icon to modify the rooming list nor the one to modify packages appears.

When the first room of the reservation is entered, it can no longer be modified.

If the guests on the rooming list appear without an associated room, it is because at the time of check-in these guests could not be assigned to any room by the system.

We suggest that when you have reservations with different check-in dates, you make the pre-assignment of rooms and the rooming list distribution at the same time for all of them, since after the first room of the reservation is entered, you will not be able to do so.
