Send Reservations from hotelrsv to Novohit - Synchronize Reservations Manually HotelRSV

In the rare case that the local server is not online at the time a reservation is made due to connectivity or availability of your server, your staff can manually synchronize the reservations that they have being detected not sent.

To Synchronize bookings between hotelRSV® to Novohit®

  1. Enter the RSV Admin Panel and login with your passwords. In case you have multiple hotels, select your property with the Hotel Selector.
  2. Go to: Reservations > Room Reservation and perform a search using the parameters to get the reservation(s) you want to send.
  3. Select the reservation(s) you wish to send with the "checkbox". 
  4. Press the "Send Reservations" button. 

Note: the lack of synchronization of some reservations may be caused by short interruptions to internet connectivity.
