Summarized Catalog

This report shows the catalog of recipes with the information of the direct and indirect costs without a breakdown of the products they contain.

It can be viewed on the screen, printed, saved in PDF or exported to Excel.

You can access the report with the following steps:

Enter in: POS F&B and Retail (Food & Beverages) → Cost of Recipe → Summarized Catalog

Select the appropriate filters:

Description
Type of Formula
Select the type of formula you wish to consult.
Group of Formula
Define which formula group you will consult.
Active
Determine which types of recipes will be displayed.
All: All captured recipes will be displayed.
Only Active: Only active recipes will be displayed.
Only Inactive: Only inactive recipes will be displayed.

Click the Show button.
