Survey Statistics
This is a report where you can statistically verify guest comments.
To generate this report, you must go to:
Surveys → Survey Statistics
You will find a window with the following filters to generate the report:
Field | Description |
Arrival Date From | Guest check-in date. |
Arrival Date To | Guest check-out date. |
Departure Date From | Responses entered since. |
Departure Date To | Responses entered up to. |
PDF/Excel | Format in which the report will be generated. |
Show | Button to generate report. |
In this report you will be able to find the guest's answers based on the survey sent in statistical graphs.
