Glossary and definition of icons found when operating Novohit.

Icons and Buttons

Observations
Insert/New
It is located at the bottom of each information window that allows you to add new data.
Modify/Edit/Change/Choose/Select
It is located to the left of each line of the record that can be modified.
Warehouse Selection
It is located in the second column in the middle of the User Information section.
Group Images
It is found in the following applications:
 -Define Catalog of Managers and Employees.
 -Registers Medical Leave Information.
Change Language
It is located in the top menu of Novohit and allows you to change the language of the interface as well as in some cases to operate in Foreign Currency (according to configuration).
Checkbox Enabled
Indicates that an option is Active.
Checkbox Disabled
Indicates that an option is Disabled.
Canceled
Indicates that a transaction is Voided.
Go to
Navigate between different pages of forward lists.
Back
Navigate between different pages of backward lists.
First
Navigates between different list pages to the first items in the list.
Last
Navigates between different list pages to the last items in the list.
Closed Nights
This symbol indicates that no reservations can be taken for that day (Closed Nights).
Print
Print any pre-printed form or format.
Required Field
Appears in all required fields.
Calendar
Press to display an interactive calendar.
Warning
Indicates that there is a warning message, place the mouse or pointer over the icon to see more details.
Magnifying Glass (deepen)
By pressing this icon, you can view details (Drill-down).
Checkbox / Box
Enable or disable the option.
Eliminate (Trash Can)
It is located on the left side of the operation column.
Open or Create Account
To open an account in the POS.
Edit Account
It is to edit an order already created in the POS.
Products
It is to add more products to an account already created in the POS.
Change (Account)
Change an order to another order or table in the POS.
Print
Print the details of an account.
Open Accounts
Indicates open (active) accounts in the POS.
Paid Accounts
Indicates accounts paid at the POS.
Cancelled Accounts
Indicates the accounts cancelled in the POS.
User Options
Indicates the users name that is working in POS and allows you to perform operations on the user.
Search
Allows you to search for existing products or accounts.
Log Out
Logs out the current user.
Pay
Initiates the POS invoice payment process.
New Reservation/Project
Start a new SPACES reservation.
Invoice
It is in the invoice column of the folio window.
