TripAdvisor Review Express Management

To have TripAdvisor's Express Review Management you should go to:
Surveys → TripAdvisor Review Express Management
On the screen you will find two sections:

Search Reservation Interface with Review Express


In this section you can filter to check the records to which surveys were sent or to send surveys manually.

Field
Description
Reservation
Filter by Novohit Reserve code.
RUT
Filter by Rut of passenger/guest.
Guest
Filter by Passenger/Guest First Name or Last Name.
Agency
Filter by Agency/Company from booking or registration.
Arrival Date
Filter by the date the guest arrives has the From/To fields to perform the search.
Departure Date
Filter by date the guest departs has the From/To fields to perform the search.
Search Reservations
Button to search according to filters selected in the fields above.

In the second section you will find;

Reservations Interface with Express Review Deactivated


This section will break down all future bookings and past registrations according to the filters selected in the previous section along with the status of the survey.

Reservation
Novohit Reservation Code.
Print
Prints Passenger/Guest Registration Form.
Guest
Name with which the Reserve is made.
email
Passenger/guest email.
Stay
Check in and check out dates.
Room
Room type and number of rooms in Reservations.
Person
Number of adults, children and children free in Reservation.
Rsv Remote
HotelRSV reservation code.
TA ID
TripAdvisor ID.
Status
Survey status:
Queued: Survey sent; in case it does not appear with this status in the field on the side will be an active check box (Request/All).
Request/All
If the survey has not been sent, you can select the active check box to send the individual survey or select the check box next to "All" and all records will be selected.
TAdv eMail
Email TripAdvisor.
Check Out TAdv 
Guest output for TripAdvisor.
Cancel/All
Cancel the survey sending, you will find an active check box next to the record where it was sent, or you can select the "All" checkbox as filtered.
View
Consult the surveys sent.
Update/All
If the survey has already been sent and you want to update it, select one or more stays with the Checkbox in the Update column and click on the Update button.
QUEUED Means it was queued for submission on TripAdvisor's servers.
If you request to make a particular language selection (override), you can:

Surveys → TripAdvisor Review Express Management
Select the desired language using the flags at the top of the main menu.
If the Request has NOT been sent, select one or more stays with the Checkbox in the Request column and click on the Request button.
If the Request has already been sent and you want to update it, select one or more stays with the Checkbox in the Update column and click on the Update button.
You have approximately 48 hours to modify a Request in Queue.
Invitations are automatically sent at checkout in the language set at Novohit user level, i.e. in the language selected in the flags.

The time between check-out and receiving the Tripadvisor e-mail is approximately 48 hours.
