This application shows the period or month that is open for the Administration (Back Office) modules.

Go to: Administration (Back Office) → General Accounting → View Open Months by Area

The initial screen shows the following sections:

​Open Months by Module: displays in which month the modules Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Banking etc. is open.

Bank Accounts: displays which month is open for each of the bank accounts registered. The close is done for each bank account, if you have more than one account registered, it could show different months open in the month close period.

Warehouses: shows the open month for each of the warehouses registered. The close is performed by warehouse, if more than one warehouse is registered, it could show different open months in the month close period.
