Although HotelRSV is synchronized with Novohit, it is an independent platform. The codes that are generated are random (this ensures security in the transaction) and may not be the same, as they are first generated in HotelRSV at the time of booking, then generated in Novohit at the time of synchronization.

In both HotelRSV and Novohit you can search for any of the two reservation codes in the Reservation search field. The last Rsv Remote column indicates which code was generated in the remote platform.
