Configure PDF Reader to View and Open Reports - Drill Down
As of 2021 no special configuration is required to drill-down on Novohit reports online (from the web browser).
Starting August 2023, new browsers are recommended, see the updated list here.

Some of the reports in Novohit have the possibility of Drill Down into certain information or Hyperlink to other related data. If you configure your browser correctly, you will be able to take full advantage of this useful feature called Drill Down, optimizing your time and obtaining information in real time.

Alternative: Using Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader and others
Remember: As of 2021, native PDF viewers in modern browsers are 100% compatible with Drill Down functionality without the need for any additional plugins. Just make sure you configure your browser to use the native PDF viewer as indicated in the steps above.
This alternative is only recommended if you need to open a PDF in an external viewer.
For Drill Down to work from a PDF Viewer, you must be logged in (log-in) in the browser that will open when you click on the PDF link or hyperlink.
To Drill Down using external PDF Viewers like Acrobat Reader, Acrobat DC, Foxit Reader, etc. You must first configure each Browser so that PDFs open automatically in the PDF reader app of your choice. See the manual of each browser and each PDF reading App with the provider for this operation.
