Start the Connectivity Process

If you are already connected, you can go to: https://www.tripadvisor.com/CostPerClick and start the connectivity process, during the activation process, you must select your Reservation (booking) engine provider: hotelRSV - Hive Technology Inc.
Notes
TripConnect rates do not match the rates on the hotelRSV extranet. It is normal for TripConnect and hotelRSV during the initial activation process to purposely show you erroneous rates to ensure that you are indeed checking thoroughly. Although uncomfortable, it is beneficial to make sure you are paying proper attention during the activation process. When this happens, at the bottom of the screen there is a button labeled "INCORRECT", you should click on that button if the rates displayed are not the true rates. When the rates shown are correct, click on CORRECT and follow the instructions. Remember that the rates displayed in my.hotelrsv.com (Extranet) seasons are the same used for: Web, Mobile, Facebook and Tripadvisor for all currencies and for all seasons.

Configure the HotelRSV Extranet Correctly

In order to take full advantage of connectivity with TripAdvisor, you must properly configure hotelRSV.

Hotel URL
Make sure you set up your hotel's URL correctly. The URL must point to the main reservation page where hotelrsv.js is installed.
Notes
If the URL is not properly configured, the interface with TripAdvisor will not function properly and may result in being reported by TripAdvisor.
Hotel Amenities
Describe your hotel's amenities as they will appear among the search parameters of the hotel TripAdvisor.com
Room Types
Describe your room types correctly, this way Tripadvisor users will know exactly what type to select.
Rates
Your rates should be consistent. Because you will be competing directly with OTAs, we recommend that you set your rates the same or a few cents cheaper. Remember, it is your right and your product and with hotelRSV you do not pay commissions, so it will always be more convenient to sell through your direct channels instead of an OTA.
