Copy Season in Segments of Agency
This application allows you to copy Rate Plans between agencies and companies that belong to the same segment, speeding up rate allocation and efficiently controlling the management of Rate Plans by segments.
To copy seasons by segments, go to: Front Office → Sales → Copy Season in Segments of Agency
The following screen will appear where you will see four sections, which you must select in the order indicated:
Step 1: In Agency of Source: choose from the drop-down list the agency of source that contains the season (Rate Plan) you want to copy.
Step 2: Click on the Select button.
Step 3: In the Segment of Destination: choose from the drop down list the Segment of Destination that you want to place the same rate as in step (1).
Step 4: Click on the Select button.
Step 5: Season: will display the season(s) contained in the originating agency selected in step (1), select the season to copy (select on the left side).
Step 6: In the Seasons section, the user can mark one or more seasons as Master (select on the right side). When selected, the season will be considered the base or reference season when copying it to the agencies within the destination segment.
Step 7: Click on the Copy button.
Step 8: The Agencies of Destination: will display all the Agencies or Companies that belong to the selected segment, all agencies that belong to the segment will receive a copy of the season(s) selected in step (5).
With this, you will have copied seasons from one agency to all the agencies that belong to a segment, these seasons can also be edited as indicated in the Seasons section.
