Your hotel can receive credit and debit card payments quickly and securely, receiving the money directly into your company's account. This is possible thanks to the integration with the most popular Payment Gateways (payment processors) in the e-commerce industry. Due to the "hosted" technology, the hotel does not have to worry about the security of the card data or about making the payments manually, since all this is done automatically with the technology of the Payment Gateway and HotelRSV.
The service activation procedure is fast. We integrate multiple payment processors, which will give you the option to use your current bank.
Below is a list of the Requirements and Procedures to activate the service with the most popular payment processors.
Your bank probably has a Payment Gateway service, also known as WebPay, payment processor or Shopping Cart. Check the list below, if you do not find your bank, contact the
hotelRSV help desk to assist you.
Cybersource Secure Acceptance Hosted (USA, México)
Cybersource is a universal payment processor with which you can accept multiple card brands (AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, VISA) domestic or foreign in the new 3D Secure 2.0 mode through the Secure Acceptance Hosted product.
Cybersource has agreements with most banks in Mexico for the Secure Acceptance Hosted product. One example is through Santander's Getnet. See the options below to find out which is the best route to contract the payment processor with Cybersource.
Ways to connect Cybersource with HotelRSV
The Cybersource payment processor can be contracted in three ways:
1: Agreement with Getnet de Santander
If your company already has Santander, it is advisable to contract Cybersource through Getnet. Follow the instructions in the Cybersource Connection Process for more details or submit a ticket.
In some cases, if your company handles high volumes of transactions, you can make the agreement directly with Cybersource without a reseller. Follow the instructions in the Cybersource Connection Process for more details or submit a ticket.
3: Agreement through other reseller banks
In this case you must validate if your bank has a reseller agreement with Cybersource and that it accepts the type of integration "Gateway with 3DS Secure Acceptance Hosted integration method" directly between Novohit and CyberSource. Follow the instructions in the Cybersource Connection Process for more details or submit a ticket.
Cybersource Connection Process
- Confirm with your bank if they have an agreement with VISA-Cybersource Mexico for the Secure Acceptance Hosted product. If your company has an account with Santander, you can enable Cybersource Secure Acceptance Hosted through Getnet.
- Request the Cybersource Secure Acceptance Hosted product from your bank or Getnet, indicating that:
- the Secure Acceptance Hosted product with Gateway and 3D Secure 2.2 or higher will be implemented.
- Tokenization will not be implemented
- Decision Manager is not required in the first instance.
- No Rollbacks will be implemented
- You must indicate which cards will be affiliated, normally VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DISCOVER. Affiliation numbers are normally assigned by the Bank or Getnet.
- In case of Mastercard, they require enabling MCConnect. Your Cybersource, Bank, Getnet or PROSA executive will be able to help you with this.
- In case of AMEX, they require the AMEX membership number. Your Cybersource, Bank, Getnet or PROSA executive will be able to assist you with this.
- They must request your Category Code. This is usually assigned by Getnet or the intermediary Bank, if it is a direct agreement with Cybersource, it is assigned by Cybersource.
- You must indicate which currencies you will integrate with, normally MXN and USD.
- Indicate that the integrating company will be Novohit, who already has the development of Secure Acceptance Hosted with Gateway and 3DS done and only needs to be contracted, connect the service and do the certification tests (see below).
- Request Getnet or Cybersource or your Bank to provide us with the following information:
- the Merchant ID (MID) of your business.
- a user for Novohit with the support email [@] novohit [.] com in the test portal http://ebc2test.cybersource.com with a base profile created and all the cards to be tested. We will create the keys in test environment.

Transbank WebPay Plus REST (Chile)

Start Contract with Transbank
If you already have Tbk-Api-Key-Id (trading code) and Tbk-Api-Key-Secret (secret code) you can proceed to the next step: Send information to Novohit. Contact your Transbank executive and indicate the following:
- That your company requires a contract for WebPay Plus API REST normal authorization transaction (normal transaction).
- That your company requires CLP and USD trading code (previously verify if your business allows it and if you have both currencies contracted with Novohit).
- That your company has an "own development with Transbank's official SDK in PHP" (which is already done by Novohit).
Important: if your company is in an industry that allows USD portfolios, you may request a USD trade code that must be different from the CLP trade code.
If you already have Tbk-Api-Key-Id (trading code) and Tbk-Api-Key-Secret (secret code) you can send them directly by ticket.
Once you have a contract, Transbank will give you this information which you should forward to Novohit by ticket at help.novohit.com:
- Commercial Code CLP
- Commercial Code USD (if applicable and/or your industry permits)
Transbank will ask your company to perform the validation and certification
process explained in this link.
Novohit will perform this process for you.All you have to do is provide us with the information indicated in the previous points.
When Novohit has completed the validation and certification process, Transbank will provide two codes: Tbk-Api-Key-Id (trading code) and Tbk-Api-Key-Secret (secret code), which we will use to go into production immediately.
For information purposes, the activation process is as follows, step 1 is performed by the customer, steps 2 to 4 are performed by Novohit as described above.
