Your hotel can receive credit and debit card payments quickly and securely, receiving the money directly into your company's account. This is possible thanks to the integration with the most popular Payment Gateways (payment processors) in the e-commerce industry. Due to the "hosted" technology, the hotel does not have to worry about the security of the card data or about making the payments manually, since all this is done automatically with the technology of the Payment Gateway and HotelRSV.

The service activation procedure is fast. We integrate multiple payment processors, which will give you the option to use your current bank.

Below is a list of the Requirements and Procedures to activate the service with the most popular payment processors.

Your bank probably has a Payment Gateway service, also known as WebPay, payment processor or Shopping Cart. Check the list below, if you do not find your bank, contact the hotelRSV help desk to assist you.


Cybersource Secure Acceptance Hosted (USA, México)

Ask your bank if it has an agreement with Cybersource for the Secure Acceptance Hosted product. Cybersource is a universal payment processor with which you can accept multiple card brands (AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, VISA) domestic or foreign in the new 3D Secure 2.0 mode through the Secure Acceptance Hosted product.

Cybersource has agreements with most of the banks in Mexico for the Secure Acceptance Hosted product. An example is Getnet. Consult with your Bank or Novohit can provide the contacts of Cybersource executives who can indicate the Banks with which they have an agreement for the Secure Acceptance Hosted product.
  1. Confirm with your bank if they have an agreement with VISA-Cybersource Mexico for the Secure Acceptance Hosted product. Getnet is a banking service that has this agreement.
  2. Ask your bank for Cybersource's Secure Acceptance Hosted product, indicating that:
  3. Tokenization will not be implemented
  4. You must indicate which cards you are affiliated with, normally VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DISCOVER. 
  5. In case of Mastercard, they require to enable the MCConnect. Your Cybersource, Getnet or PROSA executive will be able to help you with this.
  6. In case of AMEX, they require the AMEX membership number. Your Cybersource, Getnet or PROSA executive will be able to assist you with this.
  7. They must request your Category Code. This is normally assigned by Cybersource, Getnet or the Bank.
  8. You must indicate which currencies you will be integrating with, usually MXN and USD.
  9. You must indicate that 3DSecure version 2.x is required.
  10. Decision Manager is not required in the first instance
  11. Indicate that the integrating company will be Novohit, who has already performed other integrations of this type.
  12. Ask Getnet or Cybersource to provide us with the following information:
  13. the Merchant ID (MID) of your business.
  14. Santander / Getnet to create a user for Novohit with the support email [@] novohit [.] com in the test portal http://ebc2test.cybersource.com with a base profile and all the cards to test. We will create the keys in test environment.

Transbank (Chile)

Initiate with Transbank the Contract activation process for WebPay Plus WebService API SOAP with Merchant Connection by requesting Transbank:
    -WebPay Plus WebServices WebPay Plus Integration Manual.
    -The WebPay merchant certification form, a Word file with a form to fill out.
    -The merchant codes for each currency (use one code for USD and another for CLP).
    -Any additional requirements to get started.

Paypal

Step 1: Sign up with PayPal with a Merchant Account at this link.
Your PayPal account must be a Business or Merchant (Business) Account.

Do not communicate passwords. Our staff never requests or requires PayPal passwords.

Stripe or Braintree


If you have an account with Stripe or Braintree, place a ticket at help.novohit.com requesting Stripe or Braintree payment activation.

Conekta (Oxxo Pay) and MercadoPago
