This app (webapp) allows housekeepers to update room status without interfaces with telephone switches (PBX/PMS); streamlining the operation of this department in a matter of seconds.HKPMobile by Novohit® operates on any touch screen with WiFi, with this app clean rooms are released immediately.
  1. It solves the "90 minutes" problem from the time a room becomes available until it actually appears available in the system.
  2. Works on low-cost mobile touch devices simply with WiFi (iOS, Android).
  3. No additional interfaces required.
  4. Allows updating the number of adults in each room.
  5. Allows updating the number of children in each room.
  6. Allows to place rooms Out of Service.
  7. Direct update to the housekeeper module in Novohit®.
  8. NO data plan required, only the WiFi internet that you already have in your hotel

Functionality

  1. You log in with the same user and role you use in Novohit.
  2. You must select the hotel location.
  3. You must select the area (floor, zone, section); you can use the search filter to locate the required room area.
  4. Upon selecting the area, you can search for the room you want to update by filtering by name, room number, room type, or housekeeper.
  5. Within the room, you can set the status to assign and select the housekeeper's name.
  6. You can add Notes (Optional). You can record Servibar consumption (Optional).
  7. You can send maintenance notices (Optional).

HPKMobile is a Web application for the registration and modification of the Housekeeper status. All in real time and synchronized with the Novohit Front Office reception module. It is compatible with almost all devices, incluiding low cost smart devices.
