HPKMobile - Mobile Housekeepers
HKPMobile is a 100% Web application, optimized for use on mobile devices with which you can automate the operational work of Housekeepers.
Go to: Front Office → Housekeepers → HKPMobile
This app (webapp) allows housekeepers to update room status without interfaces with telephone switches (PBX/PMS); streamlining the operation of this department in a matter of seconds.
Functionality
You log in with the same user and role you use in Novohit.
You must select the floor and then the room.
Within the room you can indicate the status to assign and the name of the maid/housekeeper.
You can add Notes.
You can indicate Servibar consumptions (Optional).
You can send maintenance notices (Optional).
