If you require:
- Open and close the telephone lines of the rooms depending on who has or does not have credit.
- Display the guest name on the telephone switchboard
- Voicemail in the language
Novohit has interfaces between the system and the switchboard (usually referred to as PMS interfaces). Commonly such an interface controls check-in and check-out (opening and closing of lines), display name, voicemail language, etc.
Please tell us:
a) If your switch accepts TCP/IP interfaces or via Web Service (XML), interfaces over serial port are not performed.
b) The make, model and series of the switch.
