Requirements for Configuring the Interface between the Call Switch and Tartel
Via Ticket, send Novohit the following information which can be obtained from your PBX equipment provider.
- Switcher's Mark
- A plain text file (.txt) with the communication parameters (data stream) with which the CDR is sending (call log).
- A text file (.txt.) with some sample calls (trace or log of the last PBX calls).
- The type of TCP-IP or Serial connection.
- Rates paid to the telephone company (cost according to the rate paid to the telephone company).
- Extension numbers, in the case of administrative extensions the name and their cost center (area).
- Authorization code numbers (if applicable).
- Comparative table of Equivalence between room numbers and extension numbers, indicating if they are the same or how they differ.
- Table with special Tariffs, (800, 888, "no cost", Carriers, abbreviated dialing, etc).
- IP of the PC of the dialer. (see note).
- In case the Switch is with serial port connectivity, send: speed, character length, parity, stopbit.
- In case the Switch is with Network connectivity, send the local IP address and the port on which the switch listens.
- Download TeamViewer from this link: https://get.teamviewer.com/novohit and send TeamViewer ID and password.
- Table with the costs you want to charge to Guests for:
- National Calls
- International calls
- Local Calls
- Collect Calls
- Cellular Calls
Requirements to Install Tartel Tarificador
To install the Tartel call accounting/tariffer, the following is required:
- a dedicated PC with the following specifications: Standard Workstations Computer Equipment Requirements PC Mac Mobile
- The PC must be connected to the same network as the novohit server, with fixed local IP or with VPN set by Novohit.
- The PC must be connected to the switch port (serial or TCP-IP/network, depending on the switch).
- It is recommended that it is physically located in the server room.
